The Organic Next-gen Electronics (ONE) Lab aims to develop molecular-based material & device solutions for next-generation electronics. Our research covers from the fundamental (transport, doping and device physics) to the applied (material processing and novel device architecture) aspects of organic and hybrid materials, which forms the basis for discovering novel device concepts for emerging technological applications such as sensing and neuromorphic computing. Concerted approach from different disciplines (materials, physics, chemistry, electrical & chemical engineering) is essential for bringing innovations beyond traditional electronics.

유기차세대반도체 연구실에서는 유기-무기 하이브리드 소재들의 기초 물성연구를 기반으로 소재들의 내재되어있는 잠재력을 탐구하여 향후 미래의 반도체소자의 개발 및 응용 가능성을 제시하는 최첨단 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 구체적으로 차세대 디스플레이에 적용 가능한 하이브리드 페로브스카이트 발광소재의 연구, 인공지능의 실현과 생체모사 소자개발에 기여할 수 있는 유기반도체 뉴로모픽 소자 연구와 같이 재료, 물리, 화학, 전자, 화학공학 개념들의 시너지를 통해 미래기술변화의 혁신을 주도하는 비전을 갖고 있습니다.
